Templecool...Whysocool?
Simple really, the idea came from a combination of the head shot with the shades pointing to the side temples as the shades come off. Juxtoposed to that view might of course be the idea that temple worship could be cooler with more congruent throne room connectivity, under a clear blue sky - free from impediments.
The true connectivity is reflected in the title track ' Cobalt Blue' which speaks of the increased risks one would take for another if one was truly connected to the Son - although not exclusively through worship. Ultimately, the blue is meant to contrast heaven's eyes and the purity of more redemptive skies.
If you're still with us; then tracks to look out for are Cobalt Blue, Carry me Home, Star & Never Gonna Give In - which was a cover of the late 70's classic by Wayne Drain & Co.
Apparently when local legend Eric Clapton heard it he couldn't believe the Stones hadn't already covered it. Although we did a great job I still prefer the Vinyl. As the cemetry parchment quaintly suggests, I can go to my grave knowing I got to it first!
